5. Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy

Consultation Services

All consultation fees for Astrology, Numerology, Vastu, Spiritual Guidance, and other professional advisory services are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once an appointment has been booked, confirmed, or completed, no refund, cancellation, rescheduling, or transfer shall be permitted unless expressly approved by Sakshi Sayys.

Digital Products

All digital products, including but not limited to Astrology Reports, Numerology Reports, Vastu Reports, E-books, Recorded Sessions, Online Courses, Downloadable PDFs, Audio Files, and Video Content are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable after purchase.

Physical Products

All sales of Gemstones, Crystals, Rudraksha, and any other physical products are final. We do not offer refunds for physical products except in the case of verified transit damage.

A replacement request will only be considered if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• The product is received in a physically damaged condition.
• The customer informs Sakshi Sayys within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of delivery.
• The customer provides a continuous, complete, and unedited unboxing video, recorded from before opening the sealed package until the damaged product is clearly visible.

The video must clearly show: the sealed outer packaging, the shipping label, the package being opened, every item removed from the package, and the exact damage to the product.

The unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claim. Claims submitted without the complete continuous unboxing video, edited videos, incomplete recordings, screenshots, photographs alone, or claims made after the 2-day reporting period shall be automatically rejected.

Sakshi Sayys reserves the sole right to determine the validity of any replacement request after reviewing the submitted evidence.

Except as expressly stated above, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or replacements shall be provided.

6. Content Ownership & Usage

All content available on www.sakshisayys.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio recordings, reports, consultation materials, blogs, articles, digital downloads, online courses, webinars, PDFs, designs, trademarks, software, and other materials ("Content"), is the exclusive property of Sakshi Sayys unless otherwise stated.
