1. Order Processing & Shipping
All orders for physical products, including but not limited to gemstones, crystals, rudraksha, and other spiritual products, are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–4 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays unless otherwise notified.
Once your order has been dispatched, shipping or tracking details will be shared through your registered email address, mobile number, WhatsApp, or any other communication method provided at the time of placing your order.
2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Within India: Approximately 15–20 business days from the date of dispatch.
- International Orders: Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local courier services, and other factors beyond our control.
The above delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Delays
Although we make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- High order volumes
- Courier partner delays
- Public holidays
- Natural disasters
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Customs inspections or clearance
- Transportation disruptions
- Technical issues
Sakshi Sayys shall not be liable for any delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is completed.
Any promotional free shipping offers, if available, shall apply only under the conditions specified at the time of purchase.
For international shipments, customers shall be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges, or other government-imposed fees applicable in the destination country unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of placing an order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, please contact us immediately. While we will make reasonable efforts to update the address before dispatch, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once order processing has begun.
Sakshi Sayys shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned to Sakshi Sayys due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or any reason attributable to the customer, the customer shall be responsible for any additional shipping or re-delivery charges.
Orders will not be cancelled or refunded in such cases.
7. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, the responsibility for transportation lies with the courier service.
If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but the customer has not received it, the customer should immediately contact the courier company and local authorities where appropriate.
For products received in a damaged condition, customers must notify Sakshi Sayys within 2 (two) calendar days of delivery.
A continuous, complete, and unedited unboxing video, recorded from before opening the sealed package until the damaged product is clearly visible, is mandatory for all damage claims.
Claims submitted without the required unboxing video, with edited or incomplete recordings, or after the 2-day reporting period shall be automatically rejected.
Sakshi Sayys reserves the sole right to determine the validity of any replacement request after reviewing the submitted evidence.
